I've been getting lots of requests for New Cuttlebug Cozies. This is the design I came up with. It has a flap over the top, held shut with velcro. So cute--just like a little purse!!!

- The Cricut Cozy Story... In November of 2009, my husband and I traveled to his parents' house in NJ for Thanksgiving. While we were there, my mother-in-law, Jean, showed me her new toy--a Cricut Expression. (She is into stamping and makes the most lovely cards you've ever seen!) We played with her Cricut all weekend long and I got hooked. As I began learning how to use her Cricut Expression, my mind began to swirl with ideas. As a teacher, I could make letters and patterns and cards (oh my)...and the list goes on! Needless to say, by Christmas time, I had a Cricut Expression of my own. And...I LOVE IT! So, as a way of thanking my wonderful mother-in-law, I decided to make a cover for her Cricut Expression. Utilizing another of my passions, quilting, I made the first-ever Cricut Cozy. Now Jean covers her Cricut Expression in style and has gotten rid of that old towel. Actually, I think she loves the Cozy almost as much as the machine! OMGoodness this is adorable! It does look like a little purse! You are turning this into fashion...I can just see the models strutting down the runway carring a "Cuttlebug purse"! lol

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!!!! I am in heaven!!! :) My Cricut Cozy turned out even better than I could have imagined!!!!!!!! (I wouldn't have thought that was possible, because I was in love with all of your beautiful cozies that I saw on your blog! ;) But I am just so impressed! I love the quilting and all the stitching looks like it was manufactured-it is so professional! It fits my Cricut Expression perfectly and the embellishment is to die for!!!!!
And you were such a pleasure to work with!!! :) You have such a HUGE selection of scrumptious fabrics! (I wanted them all! ;) I had the hardest time choosing just one, but you were so patient with me!) And the best embellishments ever! Those hand-crocheted flowers are even prettier in person! I expected that a custom order would take a bit of time, but you had it ready in the blink of an eye and delivered in no time (it was hard knowing that it was sitting here waiting for me while we finished our vacation)!
I am jumping out of my skin with excitement!!! I can't sing your praises loudly enough! I just wish I had a blog to show your handiwork off on!
